Our farm is based in Palma di Montechiaro, near Agrigento, in Sicily: a land where olive trees have been cultivated for centuries. Our story draws on more than a hundred years of family history and a passion for olive growing passed down through generations.
About us
Calogero carries forward the knowledge learned from his grandparents and the traditions of artisan olive oil production. Our olive groves overlook the Mediterranean and benefit from the distinctive local microclimate.
Throughout the year, we care for our olive trees, combining traditional knowledge with modern cultivation methods. Cold extraction helps preserve the oil’s aromas and sensory character.

Discover our Grand Cru organic extra virgin olive oil with Protected Geographical Indication (PGI), available in bottles and larger containers. We also offer a separate range of flavoured oils.
Our flavoured range includes garlic, orange, basil, wild fennel, lemon, black olive, oregano, chilli, porcini mushroom, white truffle and thyme.
